I strive to meet each client's specific massage needs based on his or her wellness history and/or goals. I use a variety of modalities including *Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and essential oils (to name a few) to support each individual getting "back in touch" with their own overall wellness.

*(MAT -Offers assistance to the body's natural healing process by which the Certified Myoskeletal Therapist helps the brain correct the underlying cause of pain through first relieving the restriction and then restoring performance.)
