I strive to meet each client's specific massage needs based on his or her wellness history and/or goals. I use a variety of modalities including *Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and essential oils (to name a few) to support each individual getting "back in touch" with their own overall wellness.
